Niva is a pre-launch pregnancy wellness app. The public website is designed to collect only the information needed to send private beta updates, understand where waitlist interest is coming from, and invite a small group of testers when the app is ready.
Information We Collect
The waitlist may ask for:
- Email address
- First name, if you choose to share it
- Whether you use an iPhone
- A short description of what best describes you
- A short note about what you want Niva to help with
We may also collect basic source information such as UTM campaign fields, the referring website, and the landing page path so we can understand which outreach channels are useful.
Niva uses Microsoft Clarity on public pages to understand aggregate site behavior such as page views, clicks, scrolling, device/browser details, approximate location from network data, referrers, and session replay signals. This helps improve the public website and early-access path. Do not share medical details, diagnoses, exact dates, or other private health information in public forms or free-text fields.

Please do not share exact due dates, last menstrual period dates, diagnoses, medication details, miscarriage history, high-risk pregnancy details, or other private medical information in the public waitlist form.
How We Use Information
- To send private beta and launch updates
- To decide who may be a good fit for early TestFlight testing
- To improve Niva's onboarding, messaging, and support experience
- To understand which outreach channels are working
Sharing
We do not sell waitlist information. We may use service providers, such as a form tool or spreadsheet tool, to collect and organize waitlist responses. They process information only so the waitlist can work.
