DHRITHI TECHNOLOGIES LLC operates Niva and the public website at meetniva.com. This policy covers the Niva Reads education pages, support pages, privacy pages, and waitlist entry points. It does not replace the Niva privacy notice.
Essential Site Technology
The public site may use essential browser, hosting, and security technology so pages load, forms work, and the site stays available. These uses are limited to operating the website and protecting it from abuse.
Waitlist Form
When you join the waitlist, Niva may send you to the waitlist form provider. That provider may use its own cookies or similar technology to process the form submission. The information Niva asks for on the waitlist is described in the privacy notice.
Analytics And Performance
Niva may use privacy-conscious site performance or security tooling from hosting providers, such as Cloudflare, to understand whether the site is loading and to protect public pages. Niva does not use this public site for advertising cookie targeting today.
Niva intentionally does not load third-party behavioral session replay on public pregnancy education pages. This reduces disclosure of page paths and pregnancy-interest context to analytics providers.
