How Niva writes public Reads

Niva Reads is public pregnancy education. It is designed to be calm, source-backed, and useful before a visit, not a substitute for personal medical care. Last updated June 22, 2026.

Editorial promise: Niva writes for pregnant readers first. Search engines and AI tools can read these pages, but they are never the primary audience.

What Niva Publishes

Public Reads cover pregnancy education, nutrition, comfort, visit-prep questions, and week-aware planning. Each article should help a reader understand a topic, prepare better questions, or know when a care-team conversation matters.

What Niva Does Not Publish

  • Diagnosis, treatment, medication dosing, or emergency instructions.
  • Product rankings, affiliate recommendations, or shopping guides inside Reads.
  • Hidden AI-only text, keyword stuffing, or pages made only for crawlers.
  • Medical-authority claims that Niva cannot honestly support.

How Topics Are Chosen

Public topics come from the in-app Niva Reads spine, common pregnancy-week questions, and gaps in the public library. A topic is not published just because it could rank. It must have a clear reader job, acceptable source support, and a safe education-only framing.

How Articles Are Structured

  • A clear title and description.
  • A short answer near the top.
  • Scannable sections with practical bullets.
  • Visible source links.
  • Related reads and week paths when they help navigation.
  • A care note when symptoms or medical interpretation could be involved.

Updates And Corrections

Niva reviews public Reads in batches. Pages may be updated when public-health guidance changes, source links move, wording needs to be clearer, or a reader flags a concern. To report an issue, email [email protected] with the page URL and the concern.
